My partner and I recently moved out of our 2 bedroom condo. We both work and have very little free time. Ivan and his team came to the rescue! They were on time for the initial walk through... Gave us a very fair price to deep clean our condo. We interviewed several people prior and his price was fair and very reasonable. They were also on time for the cleaning. I came in to check on everything once they were finished and was pleasantly surprised! They went above and beyond my expectations! I highly recommend this company both for price and a job well done! Thank you SO much to Ivan and the staff at Deluxe Cleaning. We just moved into our new Palm Springs home at Vibe and Deluxe Cleaning has our home looking like a sparkling clean model. All of the construction dust is gone and we are ready for guests. Oh, they do windows too.

Deluxe Cleaning & Janitorial really helped me out. I live in LA but have a condo in Palm Springs. I work alot and didnt want to clean after my tenant moved out. Deluxe was quick to respond, very easy transaction and did a great job. Will definitely use them to clean on a regular basis as needed.

We book our vacation rental property's cleaning needs through Ivan. He's 100% responsive and very easy too work with. Our first cleaning went great - as good as I would do myself - and we've had them several times since. We're going to stick with Deluxe from now on.

Excellent work. My windows were streak free. Tracts were cleaned and all screens were cleaned and reinstalled. They also cleaned a large carpet and did an excellent job on it.

$20 cheaper than the last guy we hired and did a better job. I highly recommend Ivan.
